A Renegade

Time for a new chapter, to anew myself as an actor,

act to create a fact to never reenact to the past in the back, forward and onward, unbound the bound,

and chase my life like a blood hungry hound,

and make my place in the ground around with all that surrounds,

to see my grace in my face,

and never again feel misplaced,

because my feet are planted where they are placed,

and no deceit from those who retreat will get the treat,

of knowing what I have embraced,

to winning the race I raced and racing the pace,

of knowing the name to my face…

No name to shame, not lame with fame, never tame my flame,

I am not the same game,

I am the renegade that will be remembered as a grenade,

who blew up further than any chart can grade,

I am self-made.
