Been A While

Yes,

It's been a while, since I turned this dial.

I press the buttons, cross lines by the mile,

but all this while, the only thing I forgot,

the one thing I never got, was to do it with a smile,

does this mean I lost what I; fought?

or am I just out of style?

No,

I just spent to much time;

fighting for the life I wanted perfect in-line,

that when I had no reason to fight, I never felt like it was right,

when something came easy,

was it really meant to be mine, Or was life just being sleesy?

was living a life in mind that I had in mine, ever really; Mine?

"Been A While",

yet all I really have left is,

Time...

No time to kill,.

But,

Time to Live.

And Be Alive;

Not only trying to Survive,

But Thrive, to be;

Alive!

Do NOT forget to LIVE, and remember to SMILE!
